We value each and every customer, and we will go to any length to help out, whether it is a question you have, or if you are looking for a product that will make your job easier and more productive. We work hard to keep everyone updated on new industry advances, such as providing certification classes for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, water damage, spot and stain removal, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, commercial carpet cleaning, carpet repair and re-installation and tech training. Also informational and training seminars for stone care, wood floors and marketing for your services. All the instructors are IICRC approved or certified in their field of expertise.
Since acquiring New England Steamway ® in 1999, we have worked very hard to take the time to be more personable with our customers as well as proving to our customers that we are here for the “long run”.
